The company operates oversized transport, which requires a large number of coordinations between internal areas of the company and private and external public agents. The registration and support, as well as the visibility in all parts of the process, is fundamental for the company to be able to meet its customers at competitive prices. The recommendations focused on short and medium term changes to improve the management.
