The system allowed to achieve the following objectives:

 

• Quickly and effectively locate all the information associated with a specific product, from its origin to its destination, including supplies (primary packaging) and related shipments.

• Minimize the impact on the volume of products to be removed before a Recall

• Narrow down the impact of reprocessing and product degradation on the finished products batch size.

• Standardize identification and labeling throughout the logistics hierarchy, including semi elaborated products

• Automate data capture processes

• Integrate Traceability requirements among all the business areas of CAMANCHACA Tomé

• Integrate the Traceability Management System in the Company's Quality Management System
