This project consisted in the TMS CarLo implementation for Cristalerías Chile (www.cristalchile.cl). It began with a diagnostic and evaluation of the logistic process, the  IT systems used, the flow of data and the integration requirements with SAP. In addition, recommendations were made regarding the practices of planning, monitoring, control and payments to suppliers (carriers). Then, the new transport management system was implemented, which consisted in specifying the hardware requirements, the SAP integration, configuration of the client's logic in the system, training the users and accompanying the client during the pilot phase until the go-live.
