The project consisted in the TMS CarLo implementation for Viña Santa Rita (www.santarita.cl). It included a diagnosis and evaluation of the curent logistic processes, gather information about the systems used, the flow of data and the integration requirements with SAP. In addition, we made recommendations regarding the planning practices, monitoring, control, payments to suppliers (carriers) and reporting. Then, the new Transport Management System was implemented, including training and support until the go-live.
